Mr. P.N.C. Menon Founder and Chairman Emeritus

Mr. P.N.C. Menon is the architect of Sobha’s philosophy and its remarkable success story. With a humble beginning in interior decoration in Oman in 1976, he brought his relentless pursuit of perfection and uncompromising commitment to quality to India, establishing Sobha Developers (now Sobha Limited) in 1995. His legacy is etched in iconic structures across the Middle East, including the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, and his vision transformed the perception of quality in Indian real estate. A renowned philanthropist, Mr. Menon, along with his wife Sobha, is a signatory to ‘The Giving Pledge’, committing a significant portion of his wealth to charity. His pioneering spirit continues to inspire every facet of Sobha’s operations.

Mr. Ravi PNC Menon Chairman A Civil Engineering graduate from Purdue University, USA, Mr. Ravi PNC Menon brings extensive experience in construction and real estate development. As Chairman, he is responsible for steering Sobha’s overall strategy, maintaining its leadership position in quality, and driving the company’s pan-India expansion. He has been instrumental in reinforcing Sobha’s brand presence and achieving significant sales volumes while upholding financial discipline.
Mr. Jagadish Nangineni Managing Director Mr. Jagadish Nangineni brings over two decades of rich experience in real estate, consulting, and technology. An alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Calcutta, he joined Sobha in 2009 and has held senior strategic and operational roles. As Managing Director, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations across various regions, leveraging his deep understanding of Sobha’s culture and processes to drive growth objectives and establish new market footprints.
Mr. Nisanth M.N. Deputy Managing Director Mr. Nisanth M.N. has been associated with Sobha Limited for over two decades since 2002. A Civil Engineering graduate, he has demonstrated exceptional project execution skills and leadership in managing large teams across multiple projects. As Deputy Managing Director, he plays a crucial role in overseeing operations in key regions like Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, and Kerala, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Mr. Subba Rao Amarthaluru Independent Director A distinguished Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience, Mr. Amarthaluru brings invaluable financial acumen and governance expertise to the board. His contributions to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the ICAI Accounting Standards Board underscore his authority in financial matters.
Mr. Gopal B. Hosur Independent Director A retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer with 36 years of distinguished public service, Mr. Hosur provides critical insights into regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical conduct, reinforcing Sobha’s commitment to robust corporate governance.
Ms. Srivathsala K.N. Independent Director Ms. Srivathsala K.N. contributes her expertise to the board as an Independent Director, bringing valuable perspectives that support the company’s strategic decision-making and commitment to stakeholder interests.
Mr. Raman Mangalorkar Independent Director With close to three decades of experience in industry, consulting, and private equity, Mr. Mangalorkar brings a global perspective on strategic, operational, and organizational issues. His entrepreneurial background and experience in health-tech further diversify the board’s expertise.
